The three o’clock energy slump

Right around this time of day is when I need a nap. The main problem with this is I’m at work. While I have in the past laid my head down on my desk and passed out for 15 minutes on break, it’s really not long enough. I notice, though, that I usually have to fight to keep my eyes open for the next hour or so, staring at my computer. Then there’s another hour left of work before I can head home.

Jay & I are going out to see a movie tonight. We haven’t yet decided if it will be Gladiator or Battlefield Earth. I have to remember to bring a Now Magazine home with me for listings.

Mood hasn’t improved any (and now I’m thirsty too) but I’m getting by. The day is passing, I’ll be on the streetcar soon.

Hey, will you let me know what you saw and how it was? I’m gonna try and see a movie tomorrow with my bro-in-law, and I have no idea what to see/not to see. Thanks and have fun!!!

          Re: review

As you might’ve noticed in my later journal entry, the movie was rained out, so we didn’t go. However, I’ve heard good stuff about Gladiator and bad stuff about Battlefield Earth, so we might someday rent BE and we’ll go see Gladiator later.

      Hi Matt!
Hubby and I saw Gladiator last weekend. I must admit is was WAY better than we expected. It was amazing… the effects are incredible. highly recommended =)
