    Boredom reigns here too

I am in the St. Paul office today and it is s l o w. One lawyer is out and the other two are working on prep work for cases – so that means nothing for me to do – but get in trouble . . .

The only thing that is saving me today is that I am meeting David’s sister for lunch (she works here in downtown St. Paul). Haven’t seen her since February – so that will be nice . . .

Hope your work picks up or you win a lottery and can quit work!

If I win the lottery I’m going on a trip!

      Hmm… guess I should buy a ticket.

Hope your lunch is good. 🙂

I hope your lunch went well. My brain turned to jell-o sometime in the afternoon. It was sad. But then I went home and did the radio show with cyn and we had lots of fun. 😉 So it got better.

        Boredom reigns here too

Sounds like your day improved after you left work. My day after the lunch with Melinda was so slow. I browsed the internet (which is so dangerous). Another of the two lawyers left around 2:00PM and the other lawyer stayed behind closed doors the rest of the day. Oh, hum . . .

It was also so very hot here yesterday. The receptionist came back from her lunch and said she saw the bank temperature reading say 101! Whew! We don’t have air at home – so I either enjoy the air at work and be totally bored or I get to go home and sweat . . . Gee I think I’ll take sweating with my sweetie.

I ran into work this morning (by way of the gym) to check e-mails and of course I get sucked into the internet . . . But the weather isn’t much better this morning – hot sticky and muggy and looks like it could rain . . . David and I are contemplating going to a movie just to sit in air conditioning. We’ll see. . .
