Yoga was good… In case this means anything to anyone, it’s called Astanga (or something like that.) It’s taken me a week to remember that word… don’t ask me how to spell it. Anyhow, I like Yoga. When I got home, Jay had dinner ready for me, and now I’m sitting at my desk with the Cam on. I guess I should look at that coding a mailing list for my shows, eh? Jay’s playing NHL 2001 again… I still feel like going on another Sims kick, but I don’t actually have the game so I can’t.

My face is breaking out, and it’s really annoying. I’m up to chapter 15 in Anne of Green Gables. Oh, and Daruba suggested I post a thread at I Have a Secret about stuff that’s going on with me. I don’t know… I don’t like talking about myself much in forums like that, that’s what the livejournal is for – at least then people won’t think I’m saying anything because I’m begging for attention or something.

I believe you are speaking of Ashtanga Yoga…?

Below is an exerpt about it:

For those who want a serious workout, Ashtanga may be the perfect yoga. Developed by K. Pattabhi Jois, Ashtanga is physically demanding. Participants move through a series of flows, jumping from one posture to another to build strength, flexibility and stamina. It’s not for beginners or anyone who’s been taking a leisurely approach to fitness. The so-called Power Yoga is based on Ashtanga.

Yeah, that’s the one… To hell with that ‘not for beginners’ crap… the challenging one is more fun! 😉

the forums are for everyone to post everything… post away – enquiring minds need to know! 🙂

not everyone reads livejournal… and it’s not always working anyway.
