I woke up this morning and stretched. It was about 5:30am, quite a while before my alarm was due to go off. I was mostly asleep, with no intention of getting up, but for some reason my leg spazzed out again and I was left whimpering and curled up in a ball, in an incredible amount of pain. This happens once in a while… the last time it happened was months ago, and my leg still hurts from that. It’s the same leg this time. I could barely walk on it for the first half of the morning.

Lori tells me it might be related to a deficiency of calcium and magnesium. Fneu.

I have been told the same thing about leg cramps like that. Deanna also tells me that magnesium deficientcy could explain the persistent soreness in my arn, which has bothered me since I returned from maine./

I’ll be going through my vitamins etc. tonight to see if I have anything heavy in magnesium…

if not, I’ll go to the health store below my apartment.
