Now I’m doing all sorts of research on Low Blood Pressure to find out how to treat it and what would make it better. Lori found this for me:

The nutrients which stimulate and normalize adrenal function, which include adequate protein, B-complex vitamins, particularly pantothenic acid, and vitamin C usually normalize low blood pressure in a fairly short time.

Reading reading reading… drink more fluids, eat more salt. Have a cup of coffee every morning. Funny, I gave up coffee years ago because it makes me hyper and makes my heart race. Go figure.

I have low blood pressure as well.

I have to eat every few hours – even if it is just an orange or orange juice. If I don’t I feel real faint.

    I don’t drink coffee either.

I think I may change my diet to eating every few hours… that’s what I’m always most comfortable with anyhow, I just never made a connection as to why.
