The Montreal Massacre happened on December 6, 1989. I was in grade 8. I remember it happening, I remember crying, I remember not understanding any of it.

Go read this. I know I’m a day late, that I should have posted this on the 6th, the official day to remember the Montreal Massacre, but I wasn’t online much yesterday, so I forgot. And it should be remembered no matter what day of the year it is. Please go read that link.

i was in second year at an Engineering School at the time. I wore my engineering jacket to the vigil because i didn’t want everyone to think all engineers were violent pricks.
