It’s a good thing water doesn’t burn, because I’d be setting that on fire every now and then.. when the bridges come down.

      Do you remember
      who I never was?
      It seems that way sometimes
when you tell me of things
I said and did but looking back
      I can’t see why
      Maybe just because?

      The mirror is clouded
      my image so bleak
from memories of things best forgotten
      I’ve dirtied my hands with
      the world’s deepest issues
ignoring my own for a while
      I never understood
      why I couldn’t speak

      If love is a bridge
      then I’ll burn it
      And never unlock the gate
to a heart I lay claim to
      forever denied
      I couldn’t survive the wait

      Can you just picture
      who I’ll never be?
      With photos in glass frames
      cracked from this cold
      It’s never enough to just
      leave things as they are
      Not when it comes down
      to you and me

If could only come clean to you
      it would work out
      just fine

      But love is a bridge
      and I burned it
I thought I could handle the rage
      a heart torn and broken
      forever denied
I guess now I can turn the page

HI Jenny just surfing thru jounal s and saw your sunburn pics.. by now it’s probaly feeling better but next time the best thing to use for sunburn( or anyminor burn) is the pulp from the aloe vera cactus.. just in case theres no aloe growing wild up there ( hehe) you can buyit in a jell or lotion at your pharmacy.. for real it’s the best for sunburn eases the pain cools you down and you don’t get as much peeling…otay?
