My monitor is extremely flickery and jumpy. I’m not too fond of it, really. And this computer has had a boot sector virus for the past few years, (never managed to eradicate it) so I’d kind of like to get a new bigger hard drive someday. And a new mouse, this one’s got a few issues. I probably shouldn’t bother until after we move, though – the less we have to move, the better, and if we can get away with not shipping this monitor and just picking up a new one out west, then that’d be pretty good. Monitors are so annoying to move.

I lost about 21 photo scans in the massive crash of Adam’s computer last week. I’ll have to get restarted on those – I actually managed to back up 19 of the scans. I wasn’t exactly expecting his hard drive to go into cardiac arrest.

I’m going to be training in first aid at work, I think. But not until sometime in April. It would be good to know what exactly to do when we have medical emergencies at the theatre (and trust me, we have a lot.)

Have you tried changing your refresh rate? Raise it, might make you happier.

It’s raised. It’s just an old monitor.

I’ve tried everything imaginable. It’s just an old monitor.

That sucks. I have an old monitor that is a 15″ that is jumpy and horrible colors and gives me a headache to look at it. I totally understand. You DO need upgrades! Perhaps you should start a “JennyLee Computer Fund”.
