Down to the wire…

Hooray for Monday and having the day off. What’s even better is that even though I’m not working, and I never work Mondays, because today is a Civic holiday, I’ll get paid for a shift today. Tomorrow I’m back to working at Job(2) then heading in to Job(1). One more week of that, and I’m done with it. Wahoo!

Eight shows left, and I asked the assistant manager to schedule me for a door shift on my last day so I don’t have to watch the show. *happy dance*

But enough about work. I have to drop my bike off at Sporting Life for another tune-up and have them look at the bottom bracket – it’s clicking on every turn of the pedals, and feels kind of loose. Plus, I just want to have it tuned up one more time before I leave the city, since tune-ups are free here and I won’t be able to get them free out West.

We’re really getting down to the wire now. Two weeks from today, we will be up North in New Liskeard.

i’ll tune it for you for free out west.

    my qualifications are astounding.
    i don’t own a bike.
i haven’t owned a bike since i was 16 and that hadn’t been ridden since i was 14. i remember that you press backwards on the pedals to stop.

so just bring it around and i’ll be happy to take care of it.
