Another pretty good day

Stayed in for half of the day and relaxed, in between doing dishes. I then headed downtown to meet up with Adam and Shawn (his brother) so we could go for dinner at Salad King. Oh sweet thai food, how do I love thee. I had Siam Noodles and they were good.

We walked back to Mountain Equipment Co-Op and picked up a bike rack for Adam’s dad, which we then had to carry around until we got enough cash to get on the streetcar and head home.

It occurred to me last night that we have mushrooms. Hmmmm. I mean… nothing.

I kind of wish we were already up north tonight, because the Perseids are happening and light pollution in Toronto makes it hard to see them. However, we must instead pack our things up for the move. It looks like we have so little stuff to actually take up north with us that we’ll only have like five boxes worth, plus the computer, music gear, and clothing. That’s practically nothing!

We still haven’t managed to give away / sell much of our stuff. The cd racks are going to Bryan, the small dresser to Monica, but I don’t know about the rest of it. Ian will probably keep some of it, but still… so much free stuff and no one wants it.
