I may have a vitamin deficiency.

A couple of months ago I woke up and stretched, and pulled something in my leg that caused me to curl up into a whimpering ball for about an hour. I couldn’t put any weight on it without it hurting a whole lot. Anyhow… it still aches from that. The feeling never went away. I can walk fine, my leg just hurts all of the time. Some mornings, if I’m not careful, I pull it again.

I was commenting on that to a friend at work, and she told me that she thinks it’s a vitamin deficiency of some sort… possibly magnesium or something. She said she would look it up for me. I would really love for this hurting in my leg to go away…

    yes I have the same problem. Us girls need to take more calcium/magnesium. You can get a supplement of a vitamin that has both of it in one capsule. I have a bottle at home but I am so bad with pills.

      I drink milk like it’s going out of style… it’s probably my favourite drink of all time. I dont’ even know what kinds of food have magnesium though…. going to the drugstore tonight. Or maybe the health store below my apartment…. hrm…

        eww milk. I can’t stand the stuff, that is why I need the supplement. Definately get some though:)
