Almost every day for weeks there’s been a chance of thunder-showers. To date, there has not yet been a thunder-shower. I hate you, weather network.

When I save up enough money to buy myself a digital camera, I think I’ve settled on the Canon 10D. It uses the same lenses as my Eos, which means I won’t have to buy two sets of lenses. The interchangeable lenses thing is the best. So screw you, Olympus! Now all I need is about 2500$ plus taxes…

My mom’s selling a whole bunch of Anne McCaffrey books on ebay. I have to convince her to send me one of them, it’s the only one I don’t have in that series.

All right, I’m going to go get things done now. I’ve been sitting here long enough, I think. Besides, no one’s around anyhow.

Which series? Dragons, Crystal, or Rowan? Or did I miss one?

Besides, atleast the rain has been MISSING you. We’ve been getting TONS of rain down here. Which has made the already notorious Atlanta traffic, just DELIGHTFUL, I can tell you.

Heh, driving home yesterday, I saw a car with Canadian plates and IMMEDIATELY thought of you. I’m nuts, I know.

Oh, we’ve been getting rain… pretty much every time I take the bike out, we get rain. Just no thunder.

The one I’m missing is the last book of the Rowan series. I also don’t have the newest Freedom books, just the first three, but I didn’t like those as much as Dragonriders or the Rowan books (and the books leading up to it, the pegasus series.)

You never know, someday I may drive through Atlanta. If I ever own a car. Or something.

Nice… you won’t be disappointed by the 10D. If you keep saving until September or later, Canon will likely have announced a new digital SLR model, which means 10D prices will likely drop further (you can get it for about $2400 or less in town now), or there will be a good used market of 10D’s as people upgrade.
